First, I was overcharged on arrival and not given a receipt for my (cash) payment on arrival. The room was dirty. Really dirty, not just grubby. (Room 207, management) The carpet was utterly revolting. Huge marks. The bathroom was the worst part. Tile grout missing and filthy, dirty floor, warped and rotting door frames (bathroom). This hotel is far away from IBIS standard I know from other countries, and I mean service quality not room equipment. Everything you ask for is treated as unliked demand. The biggest problem is that they are not prepared for big number of guests. As the price is very competitive, during my stay they were almost fully booked. This caused... more

The IBIS concept seems to be working irregularly in some hotels, like this one in Fuenlabrada.
