Great hotel in a restored historic building, right in the centre of Trujillo. Inside the hotel is stylish and modern. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, in a lovely room overlooking the main square. It has a small swimmingpool (closed when we visited as summer was over). Highly recommended. more

We booked our two night stay well in advance using the NH Hotels central booking site, due to Trujillo's Easter celebrations. This is one hotel that completely lives up to it's website. Location is great, the hotel has two parking areas (one best suited to small cars), rooms were large and spotless, and amenities top notch. I'm not sure how they kept the pool so cool but it was very refreshing after a day spent hiking in nearby Monfrague National Park. more
