It was only a one night stay, room 311 as I remember. The view from our room was just great - it was facing the sea and you could see the temple on your left. Big balcony with furniture, comfortable beds. The room and bathroom were very clean, and wifi had a good signal strength. Big parking and only a... More

Stunning location in the bay of Sounio right on the beach overlooked by the temple of Poseidon. Lovely room with balcony and sea view, very clean, staff very helpful and friendly, we really appreciated the late check out on the day we left. Thank you.

After three weeks of a self planned trip through Greece we came to the Aegeon for our last night. It is true that a sunset seen from the Poseidon temple is an unforgettable highlight, but you have to drive up the hill there anyway. The hotel itself, I mean the room, the service at the reception, Wifi etc is good,... More

I recently stayed in this hotel for three nights and found it to be a pleasant spacious hotel in a beautiful setting with ready access to the beach. All the staff were warm, helpful and friendly and the rooms were excellent . The restaurant provided outstanding meals all served on a delightful terrace overlooking the sea and in turn being... We travelled by car, from Athens, to visit the Temple of Poseidon. This large, 3 star hotel is located on the beach below the Temple. The location for 1 night is perfect. Our room was more than adequate in size, was clean, with a large balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom was also clean and adequate, although the shower head,... More

We visited Aegeon Beach Hotel 3 or 4 times with my husband and kids. This totally beach-front hotel was built in the '60s and fully renovated around 2004. Owners and staff extremely helpful, experienced and friendly. From its big verandas you can enjoy the view of Temple of Neptune (Poseidon) up in the hill. The rooms are very spacious with... More

Located at cape sounio just under the temple of poseidon is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a hotel with normal prices at an exceptional location. I had a room at the ground floor with a small green yard at the front. Big enough for a family of three like us. Everyday room tiding and everything is very clean... More

My husband and I booked this hotel at either end of our Cruise out of Lavrio and were not disappointed. Georgia at the front desk facilitated our taxi pickups both from Athens Airport and from the Cruiseline. Indeed, she was a godsenc as Agean Air lost one of our suitcases and she continued to research for us so that although... More

We visited Aegeon Beach Hotel in March. The weather was nice and warm enough for sunbathing, yet not enough for swimming. There were little people in the hotel; therefore, it was very quiet and relaxing. The room was very good with unusual and stylish interior, it had a TV, free wi-fi, a convenient bed, a big mirror; there was bathroom... More

We spent one night there prior to starting a bareboat sailing charter out of Lavrio. It was a good place to rest up and acclimate to Greece for a day. The location and view is incredible, looking up to the Poseidon Temple and out over the Aegean Sea. the 15-minute walk up to Poseidon is a must-do. In mid-May, the... More
