We checked in to this hotel and were given a room overlooking the road way and back entrance for the staff - quite exciting when they all arrived in the morning. This was our hotel casona roadway experience! I shouted loudly and stomped around and they very kindly moved us to a fantastic room overlooking the lake - It was... More

There were 9 of us booked, we all found it marvelous, cozy, very clean and confortable, the food and price was good. Beautiful view. While leaving the bus and heading to the hotel, the man handing the luggages gave me one that was not mine and noticed it when arriving the hotel's room. Making the story short, the receptionist made... More

Hotel was fine if you need somewhere to stay to visit Tikal or similar but I wouldn't rush back. Visually, it looks very tired and simple things such as sheets fitting the bed are easy to get right but lacking. Staff ok, breakfast ok, room ok… On the plus it is a short walk over the bridge to Flores.

Great base for tikal and yaxha Mayan ruins. We were on a boring escorted adventure tour (felt imprisoned) and hotels were a respite to have my own space. Immaculately clean, with both a balcony for fresh air and a/c rooms. Walking distance (3 minutes) to a local mall/supermarket and a leisurely walk across the bridge to the island of Flores.... More

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed a lot. Room is spacious and ours had a balcony with great views of Flores. My wife complained about the low quality of the bed sheats but overall room was well equiped and clean. Service was also very good and their restaurant served decent food at anytime even when it felt we were... More

A very nice hotel with terrific lake views. Pleasant breakfast choices. Comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. Good location for a short walk to the shopping center or the bridge on to the island.

We had a second floor room overlooking the lake with a good sized balcony offering great views. The room was a good size although the furniture is a bit ‘Ikea’. It does have an irritating step leading up to the bathroom which can cause expletives if a visit is made in the night. We had dinner (the Fillet Mignon was... More

We stayed here for 4 nights while in town for a Church Convention. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. As far as I can tell, most all of the rooms have a view of the lake. So pretty! I loved the charm of the hotel--simple and comfortable. There's a good WIFI signal. The beds weren't... More

Been here for less than 4 hours and im looking at the second gecko we found on our ceiling. Not to mention my boyfriend being electrocuted from trying to plug his phone in to charge it... rest of the night should be interesting...

My daughter and I spent two nights here, and somehow managed to score a corner room with a balcony right on the lake. It was great. The hotel itself is rather modern, not too atmospheric, and I can't recommend the restaurant for dinner. However, it was clean, the pool was welcome, and it was an easy walk across the bridge...
