This hotel caters largely for groups, both foreign and national. If you have the luxury of been able to choose your hotel avoid this one at all cost. Our room was right on the lake with our own balcony. Waiters have limited english skills but food was good in the restaurant for the evening meal. A short walk or tuk-tuk ride across the causeway to Flores and more restaurants. Swimming pool was great and the AC worked.

The major issue with this hotel is its location - which is outside of Flores. So the only place for dinner if you don't want to go to Flores at night, is the hotel restaurant itself, which is totally catered for tourists. If You are going to see Tical piramids, stay here. Nice huge rooms, beautiful lake view, almost in the city center , walking distance to the most popular pubs and restaurants. 300 meters to the bigest shoping mall in the area. Good, comfortable rooms with a/c (very important in Flores), ceiling fans and room to roam. Nice views of the lake, sparkling pool and decent breakfast every morning.
