I live in McAllen and know for sure that the service provided and the hotel itself are terrible. If you stay at this hotel, be prepared to lock up your stuff or take it with you when you leave the room and also be prepared to answer the door and see people asking for favors, cigarretes, lighters, people and even offer services! This hotel is mostly used by locals to party and spend the night away from home. more
