We stayed here three nights while visiting the DFW area. Park is large, with many long term residents. Overall it was clean and quiet. A bit of a drive to town, but worth it for the $34/night rate. Sites are all gravel, small store on site, pool and clean laundry. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

I was making a reservation for the Texan RV Ranch tonight. The lady on the phone very polite and direct. After the conversation was done, and the reasonable rate established she asked for a 25% deposit which would have been around $40. I asked if the deposit was refundable with a 48 hour notice. She indicated ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON... More

Contrary to another reviewer's experience, the staff at Texan RV Ranch waited for our arrival (about 20mins after closing) and showed us to our site (followed a golf cart). Well stocked convenience store, really nice pool (unfortunately it rained and stormed while we were there, so definitely no swimming for us) and nice bathrooms with a shower/toilet combo, giving you... I stayed here for 3 days, 4 nights during a recent trip for a family funeral. While I didn't spend too much time actually in the park, I did have interactions with the staff and saw quite a bit of it as I was running around. I found the staff to be very friendly, accommodating, and willing to help. While... More

We just returned from a five day stay at the Texan RV Ranch. The property is designed for long term residents. The site are just gravel with hookup, so do not expect paved roads or a pad, but for us it was perfect. It was close to our baseball tournament and offered a discount for the baseball teams. We were... More

We booked ahead intending to stay here for 8 days but ended up leaving after 4 and lost our money for the remainder of our booking as there was a no refund policy. The staff are incredibly friendly and the on site store is very well stocked but that is about all the positives we could provide. The park itself... More
