at first we found out our studio was already gone [which we had reservations]- the staff was great got us another suite and roll away bed sofa too and had great room -- breakfast was great - very clean and supplied

Hotel overall is average. Front desk personnel don't care if you have a problem. We got there and the pool was closed and had garbage floating in it. Beds are fairly comfortable. Breakfast is good and clean. Lots of road noise because it's right on the highway - recommend a non-street facing room.

My family went to Mansfield for the TAPPS 3 A State Basketball Championship and stayed at the Hampton Inn which was just a couple of miles from each of the gyms where the games were. Not nearly enough parking spaces as the lot fills up every night and the Dentist next door will tow your vehicle is what I heard. Breakfast was typical Hampton inn. We stayed here during a baseball tournament at TCU. Far enough away to get a good rate, but still convenient to the university. Very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice variety of casual restaurants around. We always enjoy the breakfast at the Hampton as well!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this guest-friendly and well-maintained hotel. We felt comfortable and safe in the hotel. The lobby-dining area was especially accommodating. We will definitely return when in the area again.

I came in late in the middle of a snow storm. Overnight staff person was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm when I got there. Someone had been nice enough to turn the heater on, so the room wasn't subarctic when I showed up. Exactly what I needed.

Weather emergancy happened prior to trip, HH allowed me to cancel what was normally an un-cancelable reservation. HH told me that they would not bill me for the pre-purchase booking. I couldn't have had any better of a stay then I did here at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mansfield! From the moment I checked in, to the minutes of our departure I was completely satisfied with my stay! I would definitely book with Hampton Inn & Suites for all my future hotel needs!
