I stayed here with a large group booking for a wedding party. The hotel is in TERRIBLE CONDITION, even though the rooms were clean and staff nice, this place is a dump. The walls, carpet, everything feels old, stinks, and is dirty. A REAL DUMP! I cannot believe Radisson would put its name on this place. TOO BAD AS IT... more

I checked into the Radisson Lubbock because my usual hotels in Lubbock were full. I've stayed at Radissons elsewhere, so how bad could it be? So bad, I took pictures, which I have attached. The room was not terribly clean, the linens were thin and pilled, power outlets didn't work and so on, but it was the cockroaches and torn... more

Having read reviews on this hotel from several websites I was a bit concerned about what I would find upon arrival - I'm pleased to report that the Radisson Hotel was well worth my weekend stay! The hotel was clean, fresh smelling, and well kept. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff that I... more

I stayed at this Rat-isson last year while they were doing improvements, and I was very impressed with the service and what they were trying to do. An update: A year later, it looks like they are still doing remodeling and they still need A LOT MORE TO DO!!! I checked in about 5pm on a Sunday. At 5:15pm I... more

I rolled into here resulting from a meeting I attend, thus choosing the brand name was not my decision. For a full-service hotel in Lubbock, the accommodations and amenities were all that could be expected. The condition of the room was good; not exemplary, but still very good. There are plenty of signs of wear on the building that have... more

I made my reservation at the Radisson in Lubbock in January for an event in late April. I was called today (March 30) and told that due to a big sporting event in the area, they were not going to honor my reservation (along with about 50 other people). Needless to say, i was furious. I called Radisson corporate, and... more

This is my second review of this hotel. It has gone way down hill since my first review. The Bad - Noisy! It sounded like a party in the hotel until midnight Yelling and screaming and something that sounded like gun shots fired I have never been in a hotel that was this out of control. It was so loud... more

Spent one night on business trip. After four trips up and down in the elevator (one with the maintenance man) the key cards never opened my assigned room door. Was finally put into a different room. No remote for the television. Called front desk, but no one ever brought one. Only pillows in room were the huge decorative pillows on... more
