This was my first stay at an Extended Stay America hotel. I was greeted by several staff at the front desk upon walking in the door. We stayed there because there because we had no other choice. Booking.com warned us of the poor rating. Booking owed us a credit and they agreed to pay Extended Stay and that arrangement was agreed to by the manager Mike but Lori the other manager refused to accept the credit once we arrived.So we ended up paying 350 a night... this hotel is an old Quality Inn that lost it's sign. front entrance looked like a war zone, plus a weeks worth of trash. two different clerks could not process discount coupon, had to call GM bed sheets were worn out years ago, fabric chair was filthy NO ice machine on property

This is one of the nastiest hotels I've ever stayed at. Never had a problem with extended stays but this one was awful. First off there were black bugs in our room. We had made a reservation thru Priceline and when we showed up to retrieve our room, the staff did not take the time to greet us when we came through the door. The only good thing about my stay was the 50% discount I received on our room after I complained about the smell. The whole place wreaked of cigarette smoke, especially our non-smoking room. There was a room on our floor labeled trash that was full of garbage bags. I'd skip this hotel at any price.

Stayed couple weeks for business. No room service even though we asked. Have to ask for stuff to be cleaned and they still dont do it.
