Lubbock isn't the most glamorous of Texan cities, but the great accommodations here at the BW made it a pleasant stay :) I especially liked the jet bathtub! The breakfast was also very good - biscuits, sausage, eggs - plus the usual waffles, fruit, cereal, pastries available. The wifi was great - I was able to watch Netflix with no... More

Very nice place. Just wish the maids would be a little quieter when cleaning. Woke us up with the noise they made. They were very nice when servicing our room though. Pool was nice as was the hot tub. Will stay again next time I go to Lubbock.

It's clean and everybody is nice. The breakfast was good and they kept it stocked pretty well. The lobby area looked like it's been remodeled but the rooms could use a lil upgrade too. I stay at best westerns all over the US and I think it's a lil over priced.

I truly enjoyed this stay. I had made reservations at the MCM Elegante ( I have never stayed there), but when I remembered Best Western, I immediately cancelled my reservation and called the 800 number to Best Western. Everything was clean, pretty, I love the Bed Comforter and head board of the bed. Everything, everything was great the whole hotel.

I stayed in this hotel early this week for 2 nights. The room was smelling, kind of humidity or dog smell. Then yesterday I started getting itchy in my arms and shoulders and found out that I have bites all over the place. Another lack of cleanness was the jacuzzy water, it was so dirty. They did change it the... More

Our hotel is 100% bugs free, our local pest control service providers are very well qualified to deal with specifically West Texas problems. If your workplace is outdoor (that is very common in West Texas; Oil Fields and Farms), you are more likely to get skin irritation, itching, rashes etc. and get confused it with the hotel. If that would... More

This motel was as good as any we have been to. The bed was the best, it was very quiet, and the breakfast was perfect. Our new landing spot on the way to Colorado. Other Best Western Plus motels all have been just as good as this one, so our confidence level is very high when I see one. Making... More

Pulled in to the parking lot, didn't see anything unusual or impressive, walked in to lobby and wow, whole different world, it felt like small scale casino hotel, they must have recently renovated the place. Room was far better than average, I was happy to pick this hotel after my extensive search, and price paid was actually lower than similar... More

I checked in late night, check in staff was like waiting for me to come and greet, room was very nicely updated, I slept like a baby on very comfy bed, woke up and had delicious hot breakfast, every time I stay I experience improvements.

Overall hotel was nice, but seemed a bit dirty in the hallways and rooms were very dark... When I returned to my room, my bed linens were not changed, only the bed was re-made. Staff I encountered during my visit were okay....

It is a very common practice in the hotel, for keeping world green reasons and to conserve water, during your stay if you would prefer to have your linen changed during your multiple nights' stay you have to leave provided sign on the bed otherwise it is understood that guest is fine with just making a bed. I will forward... More

Cramped bathroom and horrible bi-fold closet doors that were hard to open and close. When they were open, the bathroom door could not be opened or closed. One cup coffee maker made it inconvenient for two people who enjoy their morning coffee together. Expected more from a BW Plus

Our design team is working on to overcome the bi-fold door issue obstructing bathroom door and it will be corrected in near future. Hope it will be completed before your next visit. Coffee maker makes one cup at a time but you can repeat it as many times you want. For sanitary reasons hotels are leaning towards the one cup... More
