Definitely lacking when it comes to service and comfort. I was woken up at 11:30 at night by the hotel staff banging on my door and calling the phone in my room. I travel for a living and after a while every hotel looks alike and it all kind of runs together. But every now and then, you stumble into a place that reminds you about the sheer joy of traveling -- and this is most definitely one of those places. Enjoy! more

We arrived at the Embassy Suites at noon, and were told a room was unavailable, but would be ready in 20 minutes to one hour. One and a half hours later, the room was finally ready, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. My stays here are very short since I have to leave at 4:30 am to catch my flight. So, I have not had the famous breakfast. The rooms are outstanding and the location is convent to getting to the airport. Plenty of restaurants around for dinner. more

We arrived at 8pm to checkin. The desk clerk, Dee Wilson, confronted us to say they overbooked. I attempted to question confirmation when he circled around the counter, approaching be from behind. He threatened to physically remove me and my wife from the facility. I did happen to get his business card as well as the reservationist's, Belle Godfrey. more

My sister and I both had a problem with the low lighting in areas where there was a variation in floor height leading down from the upper walkway steps to the breakfast and main entrance. This is hazard for anyone who doesn't see well in low light . more
