I am not one for expensive hotels. After my experience at this hotel I will pay more for better quality. The owners are unprofessional and do not care if you have an issue! All they care about is the money they can get in their pocket! If you have an issue with the room or complaint keep it to yourself!... More

This EconoLodge is poorly maintained, filthy, and overpriced. It is advertised online at $44; they charged me $79. My stay was unplanned and under duress after a blowout on the highway. Never again! I would rather sleep in my car.

Stayed there weekend of March 1 2014. In the middle of the night my son woke up and said something was bitting him. Woke up and found bugs crawling on the wall, under our sheets and on our pillows! Notified the manager and all he said was "what do you want me to do were sold out"! He said we... More

I arrived late, about 1am, (2/21) to find Lubbock full house with a high school baseball tournement. Roomm was $80 with AAA, and they had 3 left. I only needed to stay for about 6 hours, so I took it. Old-school tv, but it worked fine. They may have wi-fi, may not. There was a portal in the wall, but... More

We only stopped here because we had been on the road all day and were tired. We had originally planned on staying at the La Quinta near the Lubbock airport, but being as we had never been to this city before, we were totally lost. So we stopped here, since it was on the route we were travelling to Austin... More

Reserved a non-smoking room, but put in a room with strong cigarette smell. TV broken. No bath mat. No attention to the basics by the staff. It is very annoying. Oh, one more thing. Most of the paint on the door of my room has peeled off.

Staff seem very nice. Place was mostly empty so it was quiet. It's clean. Though a plumber could really help out. The shower is terrible when you switch to coming out of the shower 60% still comes out of the bottom so the pressure is terrible and if you turn the sink on too high water goes all over the... More

We stayed here for a rock concert and a little shopping; thus, we just needed a place to lay our heads at night. We phoned them to let them know we would be arriving late (1:00 am) and they seemed to understand - it was hard to tell because no one spoke English very well. We arrived and the night... More

Staff are rude and can't speak very good English. No thank yous, have a good evening or come back. Price gouged us just because there was a Texas Tech game and parents weekend. We were not there for either. Room smelled. Hole in the wall with toilet paper stuffed in it. Need was hard. Only 3 pillows for a king... More
