Got the weekly rate for $260.00. Needed one extra night and they wanted 60.00. Air conditioner/heater didn't work. Wouldn't fix it. Holes the size of basketballs in bathroom walls with mold growing. Roaches!! Had to go get linens everyday and have key cards redone. No refunds. I would rather sleep in the ditch.

I stayed here for a church event in Livingston. For starters the rooms wreaked of smoke. The beds were uncomfortable and some of the lights in the room didn't work. To top it all off the STOLE my property that was Ieft in the room. I lost a 100$ pair of headphones to these thieves. I called to ask them... More

Wow, first I would like to comment on the area of Livingston, Tx. Livingston is a very beautifful landscape. The rivers, lakes, ponds and scenery was astonishing. I loved the area. Livingston is now a favorite location of mine, along with Asbury, New Jersey and Presquie Isle, Maine. I would rather fish and campout in Livingston for Spring Break instead... More

bloodstains on my sheets (not clean). yak. These people shouldn't run a hotel. Death roach in the bathroom and dougnuts and a chocolate cookie for breakfast. had to change the sheets myself. Hotelmanager acts if this is normal and hadn't got the guts to show his face in the morning. He send his son to check me out. Dont go... More

Room was not very clean and looked tired, Wi-Fi range did not connect anywhere near the room. Had to sit in reception to use internet which wasn't the end of the world........but the breakfast the next morning was a joke. All i could see was a plate of cookies and an empty coffee pot. That was it. After complaining, I... More

This hotel is really hard to search for reviews and reports as it seems to have changed names several times through the years. I had my family ID it by uploaded traveler photos to make sure this was the one. The first clue should be the signs that say "absolutely no refunds." This place is a ROACH MOTEL. I have... More

The pics of this place are deceiving. We arrived, were told the restaurant/cafe had been closed for 2 yrs but the sign company hasn't taken the signs down and got our room. Our room smelled weird. Wasn't a cleaning odor. The room was old, the furniture was filthy and the room was not vacuumed. Needless to say, we checked in... More

We booked the Lake Livingston inn because the web-site photos were good and we didn't have a whole lot of choice. When we arrived I knew we were in trouble when upon check-in we were given our remote for the TV and one key. There were children standing in the lobby dripping wet from the pool. Overall the motel was... More
