Clean and cool rooms; good breakfast...courteous staff especially check in. Pancakes a change as we were expecting waffles but good bacon. Firm beds. A little tricky to find as it is off the street but look behind and there it is. Thanks!

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. Not this time!! Since we stayed before we knew what to expect with the room. Air conditioner in room 222 was fabulously cold!! It was clean except for the laundry bag that was recycled..yuk!! Beds were comfortable for us, but you must know they are FIRM. If it is also important to... More

Stayed here after a family reunion. The hotel was great. Clean and we'll maintained. My only complaints would be the breakfast was not very fresh and the on/off ramps to Hwy 59 are kind of treacherous.

This was an okay place. It was clean and comfortable, The breakfast was really good. The hotel seemed to be showing its age. The carpet in the hallways could clearly use a good cleaning. Also, the air conditioner in the room worked just fine but was extremely loud. It was fine for one night I'd probably stay somewhere else next... More

There were no rooms available in Livingston except the one double queen room here at HIE, so we took it! When we arrived at the hotel, there were a couple of guests sitting just outside the entrance, smoking. As an ex-smoker I usually don't have a problem with smokers but when the smell is so strong and "up in my... More

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Livingston. The hotel had undergone some cosmetic upgrades recently and featured new paint and some new furniture in the guest rooms (according to the front desk). The lady at check in was very pleasant and invited my travel partner and I to their customer appreciation dinner that night. We elected to... More

Tricky to find unless you have a GPS. Desk Manager was so polite and helpful. We arrived a little late and she was very accommodating. Our room was very clean and nice. No problems with our visit at all. Breakfast was nice and kept hot and full. Overall a very good one night stay.

This Holiday Inn Express is located on the south side of Livingston, Texas about 3 miles from town. Livingston itself can be a navigation nightmare with tricky unexpected U turns and limited access to/from the hotel. - Acknowledged Priority Club membership with a bag of snacks and a bottled water - Very nice staff - Check-In was not accurate -... I have nothing against pet friendly hotels but then guests have yappie little dogs they should have to stay at the other end of the hall. This as well as the over welding smell of cigerettes made for a long night. But if your ok with both then this is your kind of place.
