The hotels A/C would not maintain a cold tempture making it hard to sleep because it would shut off and allow the room to warm up. The point of a hotel is for sleep and this hotel did not provide that. The man at the front desk was no help with the situation. We do not recommend this hotel if... More

Nice hotel just off the highway and short drive, 10 miles, to Tyler, TX. Would stay there again. Gas stations and Cracker Barrel nearby. Had minor problem but would check the plumbing fixtures prior to settling in.

Staff was unhappy, never smiled. Breakfast was poor (no hot water). Rooms were not very clean (bathroom door had 'stuff' on it). there are other hotels near by, stay at those hotels instead of this one.

This is a newer LQ hotel. It is not far off the interstate but enough that you can't hear highway traffic. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very nice, clean hotel with excellent firm beds. Breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly. One of LQs finest!!

Things broken: refrigerator, bath sink, Spa. 1st room had an awesome view of a garage roof. hotel physically located near a barn with cattle feeding troughs inside. Staff friendly. Waited for 15 minutes to get towels for pool.

The La Quinta is in an area with another hotel and hospital clinic. There were lots of accessible sidewalks and the hotel is at the end of a dead end. We enjoyed being able to get out and walk quite a bit.

We stayed at this hotel on Saturday October 25, 2014. They were not particularly busy, so we were able to check in a couple of hours early. The staff were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the amenities. The total check in took less than 5 minutes. The elevator is conveniently located in the middle of... Overall, the staff was courteous and the hotel was generally fine. We had a small dog (five month old Chihuahua) with us and that is why we chose this hotel, since it is pet-friendly. I understand the difficultly of dealing with and allowing pets in a hotel, especially the cleanliness issue, and I know that certain rooms will be reserved... More

Front desk staff "jumped" the front desk. Seemed like they were there just to get paid - and didn't present themselves very professionally. They told us the wrong time for breakfast, so my family missed it.
