The most horrid hotel experience I've had on two continents!! From being charged for stained towels I never even used, to being discriminated against due to my hearing impairment, to not refunding my deposit even after 6 months, this venue takes the cake. I've never found an establishment whose managers refuse to resolve problems, snarl at customers, buck-pass to supervisors... more

The sign outside the hotel advertises a $150.00 weekly rate, but there is a flyer in the office that quotes a rate of $155.00 weekly, and when you pay you find out that it is actually $160.00 or more depending on the availability. There is an additional $20.00 phone charge, and other charges that total $80.00. This does not to... more
