The place has a nice feel to it. The rooms are comfy. I stayed as a Katrina evacuee, after leaving another hotel in Laredo which was not so great. Has a computer in the business center and a decent if frowsy restaurant. Shuttle will take you many places. Staff is helpfull. more

Although the surrounding areas seem dingy with homeless people and the lobby doesn't seem very nice, once you get into the rooms, you will be surprised. They are large with cute furniture and extremely clean. Highly recommended for the cheap price(I paid $79/night). more
