I had a bad feeling about this hotel from the time I arrived. Trying to get in to the parking deck was nearly impossible without hitting a car or a pedestrian. The desk clerk was friendly enough, but it was obvious that English was his second language--not very welcoming. The room was dusty and badly in need of updating. The... more

Just turned up at the hotel, $99 inc breakfast. Rooms clean, good bar, restaurant ok. Only issue was with 'free buffet'. Only covered up to $20. Perhaps Holiday Inn's understanding of the word free is different to the dictionary. more

We were in Laredo for a wedding and the reception was being held at the Holiday Inn so we decided to stay there as well. We had reserved two rooms and received both promptly and courteously. The rooms are on the small side, but very comfortable, well appointed, tastefully decorated and adequate. It was too cold for the pool but... more

I brought a 15-person group to this hotel for one night, for business reasons. Hotel management worked with me to ensure that reservations went smoothly. They were very nice and sensitive to the needs of our group, all of whom were travelers from Mexico. One big perk: the hotel made its courtesy van available to us for evening shopping and... more

I stayed there with mi fiancé and the in-laws last weeked. I reserved thru the priority club website and stated that 4 people would stay in 1 room. When we arrived there was no issue with the reservation, but there were only 2 towels in the room. This might seem as a nuisance to some but it's a big thing... more

The place has a nice feel to it. The rooms are comfy. I stayed as a Katrina evacuee, after leaving another hotel in Laredo which was not so great. Has a computer in the business center and a decent if frowsy restaurant. Shuttle will take you many places. Staff is helpfull. more

This hotel is one that I would definitly stay at again. The hotel is right on Hwy 35 easy on and easy off. Offers covered parking for no charge, the 2nd thru 5th floors are parking. San Benardo Ave runs behind the hotel, this is the street that has numerous import shops along its length. There are several shops within... more

I was brought to Laredo on business, so the company put me up there for a couple nights. The rooms were very clean, good size, with the usual in-room amenities and a small desk area where you could work on your laptop or do other business. I thought the staff was very friendly, and appeared to be completely bilingual. They... more

Although the surrounding areas seem dingy with homeless people and the lobby doesn't seem very nice, once you get into the rooms, you will be surprised. They are large with cute furniture and extremely clean. Highly recommended for the cheap price(I paid $79/night). more
