The pool was dirty, dead bugs and no circulation, so much so that there was mold growing around the pool's edge, hot tub was great ! Room was nicely decorated, bed was heavenly but bathroom sink and toilet were dirty upon arrival. More

1st room, no lid on back of toliet, no flush handel. 2nd room mold in shower, rust on outside of tub. Bed looked like sheet was not changed. No phone book in room. No flat screen tv. What happen to the Hampton ? Still has the name, still has the price, not a good stay. More

When in Laredo and after being there I don’t know why anyone would want to be there, we were just passing through and thankfully it wasn’t our destination. This is one of the worst Hampton Inns that we ever stayed in, to wit: 1. the carpets are dirty, there were several grease stains along with other unidentifiable spots 2. the... More

The place seemed clean as well as the rooms. The rate was reasonable (with a coupon) and they offer breakfast. The location, however...the hotel is close to the railroad tracks. The railroad tracks close by had trains even in the middle of the night...VERY noisy. The room where I stayed was on the 2nd floor, close to the pool...there were... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and on the last night there I realized there were 2 personal items missing. (I had actually purchased them while in Laredo.) I was told by the desk clerk I would be contacted after an investigation, the Manager was too busy to see me when I checked out. I have not heard... More

The HI Laredo was a completely uninspiring stay. The hotel was fine if all you want is a bed, shower and internet. The breakfast, service, gym were completely forgettable. However, one thing I will not forget are the train tracks across from the hotel. Why?? The freight train that runs through at all hours of the a.m. and sounds its... More

Not much to write about. $109 a night in Laredo??!! We stayed two nights, didn't even get a morning paper delivered to the room for the $109, had to go to the breakfast area to pick one up. Breakfast was all cold pastries, cereals, and bagels. My wife wouldn't drink the coffee, way too thin. The hotel was clean, the... More

Some people would call these rooms 'plain old vanilla.' That's probably true, but then, that's not all bad. You know what to expect going in and they deliver. Compaired to other Hampton Inn's around the state, this one is a little pricey. Compaired to rooms in other hotels around Laredo, these are about average. I'd probably stay there again. More

The hotel is clean, beautiful, well kept, nice breakfasts, as all Hamtpon Inns are. The staff on the other hand, needs to get a little course in customer service. For the most part, the guys were okay, but the women were very rude. Perhaps because we were not hispanic? Or perhaps because I was a white female. Nonetheless I stay... More
