I have stayed here for several weeks for business and for the price the rooms here are great. They have plenty room for you to set up an office and the beds sleep great. Close to alot of businesses too and right next to the mall. more

The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and I love the evening social hour. Great breakfast, plenty of coke machines and a fountain machine in the lobby. I have been trying for 3 days to call this hotel and confirm a reservation set up by a third party. I even called the corporate offices about this franchise location. They confirmed the phone # is correct and emailed them to check their phones. 3 days later, they still don't answer the [--] phone. I guess they got better... more

Loved the fact that it is a non-smoking hotel! I liked the location close to the mall because it gave me something to do while I waited for the husband to return. The room was clean, and had the most fabulous fluffy bed (I slept really well on it too). We will stay there on the next visit to Laredo more

Arrived late after crossing the border and they had us as a no-show. Manager on night duty wasn't overly helpful. Got to room and keys didnt work. Almost brand new hotel, tucked in quiet Laredo corner, surprisingly near mall Calle Del Norte. Inside of hotel is very comfortable, with soft and plush bed and pillows, plasma TV, and marble bath room. Staff is very attentive, especially James. He made me feel right at home. The Manager(Minerva) was very Helpful she asked Me if anything I she cpould do they allowed Me to stay an extra two hours and My Room was clean with big large comfy beds.Bot the staff was all helpful there I would recommend this location and I will stay again. James Harris more
