We just stayed two nights at the Lake worth Laquinta. It is a nice hotel and although I'm not sure when it was built, it appeared to be new. There seems to be some kinks that need to be worked out. The first day we were there, we were given a room on the second floor. As soon as we went to the room, before even getting the door closed, the lady from the front desk came chasing after us to ask if the room had a tv and fridge. It didn't, so she gave us a room on the third foor. I noticed both rooms were very hot when we walked in. It is July and usually hotels have the a/c turned on in the room when you arrive to give you a good impression. We turned the air conditioner down to 76 or so and left to go to a restaurant. When we came back the room was just as hot. Throughout the night we kept adjusting it. We finally had the temperature set at 54 and it was barely cool the next morning.
