Stayed there for NHRA event in March 28 & 29th, paid with credit card at time of arrival. A staff was very unfriendly and arrogant. He did not honor an online credit card made through orbitz reservation. He asked for another credit card and charged me right then and there before giving me key to my room. What was annoying was the room he gave me, there was still an occupant inside! It was a ridiculous and unspeakable... more
