Had a wedding in a nearby town and needed a place to stay overnight. Not really a lot to choose from in the area as far as a name brand chain goes. Hotel was nice enough. Paid $89 (AAA) which I feel was a bit too high for the property and location. Normal price would have been $99 at the... more

Would definitely come back. This is not the Hyatt but a good quality Best Western. The room was very clean and very functional. The desk had five power outlets that didn't require my climbing under the desk, which I truly appreciated. The bed was just right as I find many hotel beds to be way too soft. The free breakfast... more

Decent condition but the staff is particularly uninspired and the wireless internet is very poor. I stayed on the second floor and the wireless signal was spotty at best. When I informed the front desk about the poor internet connection she said, "Try moving around the room with your computer". Management at this establishment has yet to greet me and... more

Room did not appear to have been vacuumed in days. Bathroom not cleaned nor garbage pails emptied. Contacted owner who rudely stated that hotel was sold out and he didn't have enough staff to do all the housekeeping. We cut our stay short by one day,. more

Excellent value. The management goes out of its way to be certain that your stay is the very best. I stay here about twenty nights a year. The best hotel between Austin, Houston and San Antonio. more

This is quite a nice hotel for the Best Western chain. Located with easy access at Hwy's 77 and 71 on the outskirts of La Grange. . We were here for the Warrington Antique Show and this hotel is probably the closest available. It is a small hotel but the appointments in the rooms are excellent. The hotel has a... more

A new hotel, with a great staff. They were very friendly, and very helpful. Stayed there four nights in February, 2007, and found it to be a great place. Normally not real pleased with the Best Western chain, but this hotel was great. The rooms were very nice, the breakfast good, and the place is well situated without being smack... more

This was the first time we were ever in La Grange and we felt so welcome thanks to the awesome staff of the Best Western! They made us feel like family. In fact, it seemed like the staff were the owners of the hotel... now that is dedicated service! Thank you very much for the hospitality! We will always stop... more
