Selected this hotel based on cheap price, and got what I expected. Room was mostly clean, except for disgusting shower curtain, but had that cheap hotel smell that gets in your clothes. Bed was very comfortable, room had good fridge and microwave, and AC worked well. Good water pressure, but not much hot water. Tub was clogged and would not... More

We came down for the King ranch festival and booked the only room we could find..Big mistake. Checked in and my husband went turn his nightstand light on and it didn't work.Found it was unplugged so we pulled the bed out to reach the plug. FOUND A PAIR OF DIRTY PANTIES AND ABOUT 25 to 30 huge big dead cockroaches!... More

My family and I drove 4 hours to stay in the most disgusting hotel. Roaches or Fleas wouldn't stay. Checked in not bad, drive around to our room to be welcomed by fealthy, stained, mens underwear stuck on the inside of the window. I know this is a college town, but why don't we clean our rooms after each stay!... More

We stoped for a night in Kingsville and tried this place but wished we would have spent the money on a different motel, this place was the dirtiest place I have stayed at in a long time, and the rates were no better then there competitors.

Being a geologist, I travel extensively on business. Always on the hunt for value for the money, you will find that the EconoLodge is in my opinion, the best value for the money that you can find in Kingsville Texas. Certainly in much better over all condition than many budget establishments, I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to... More

After checking in, we couldn't park near our room because the Border Patrol was there in force talking to occupants. That should have been a warning about who would want to stay there. This place needs a lot of maintenance. The fabric on one of the chairs was vey stained. The commode was loose and leaked. The refrigerator did not... More

Quick, one night stay was all my friends and I were looking for and we got way more then we payed for, which was cheep!!! No crowds so very quite at night, clean rooms almost like new, plenty of amenities that anyone could want, slept like a baby and woke up refreshed. Would definitely stay there again.

Had to stay here after the power was out due to storms that came through. Stayed just one night and believe me that was actually long enough. When checking-in the little lobby smelled of someone's cooking, not good. After checking in to my room which was above the lobby, it smelled of that horrible cooking. Room was ok, one bed,... More

Sorry to report the room here was not fit for a lady traveler. I am sure a gentleman would find it acceptable since a bed and shower are usually all that a man may require when passing through an area on the way to somewhere else. The manager was very gracious to refund my fee and I was very gratefull... More

In March 2011 I called here to verify if this property had an indoor pool and was told "no" but there was a picture on their Place Page. I posted the review and called Choice Hotels. It was corrected immediately and I failed to change the review.
