We stayed 4 nights. Found things clean, breakfast good. The tub in our room did not drain properly. The room faced a parking lot which was fine except the sheer window coverings did not block out the light at night. While in the hallway of our 3rd floor room, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong (we are non... more

This is a good hotel to stay in in Kerrville. The staff is nice , the rooms are good, and the "Hampton" bed is real comfy. The breakfast was allright, but nothing special. Good place to crash. more

We've attended the Kerrville Folk Festival for the past 15 years and have stayed at just about all of the hotels on the east side of town more than once. The Hampton Inn is by far the cleanest. On the beds is a note stating the pillows and comforter have been specially laundered just for us and, based on their... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our cross-country road trip. Check-in was smooth. The hotel was clean as was the room. The linens were very nice, we enjoyed "the Hampton bed" and really liked the extra note stating that ALL the bedding had been freshly cleaned (especially the sometimes questionable bed cover). The decor was nice, if... more

A new facility with nice big rooms. We had a quiet, pleasant one night stay. The location is convenient to the Hill Country, Austin, Fredericksburg, San Antonio, and other local attractions. more

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Kerrville last night after taking a driving tour of the hill country to see the wildflowers. It was kind of hard to find a place to stay as many, many motorcyclists like to tour the area during this time of year. We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is across the street (which... more

Lovely hotel and staff. The room was very clean and large and bedding was exceptionally comfortable especially the pillows. We were only staying one night but would have been very happy to stay longer if time had allowed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Also Kerrville is a very nice town with lots of parks and very convenient when... more

Stayed at the Hampton Inn for 2 nights. Room was clean, furniture a little worn, but acceptable. Hair dryer in bathroom was broke, called front desk to borrow one, none were available. Ended up leaning over the air conditioner unit trying to dry my hair! Bed was comfortable, linens good quality. In the hall near the stairwell a very large... more
