My Son and I were in town for a weekend of good times riding bikes in the Hill Country. The only hotel that had a room for the weekend was The Big Texas Inn and after reviewing their website, everything looked good. Well, it was not… let me summarize what our stay entailed….. "Survival". Now I have run across some... More

It is a dump and should be condemned. The worst place I have ever stayed in and I've been around a while. If I had the choice to sleep in my car or in their best room, I'd choose my car.

When we first arrived to our room, there were people already in our room! After they left, the manager took our refrigerator and microwave and didn't return with it. We visited the pool and it was an ugly green color with only two ratchet chairs. In our room, the floor was covered with crumbs and dirt! Also, there were dead... More

So I figure that staying in the next decent sized town to Fredericksburg would be a good idea keeping away from the tourists visiting for the Fredericksburg Trader Days. First off when I Googled this place there was no rating I saw at all that was sign number one. Number 2 they did not have a military discount. Number 3... More

It was the most discusting hotel I have ever stayed at, we were charged $90 (what i paid for at the Best Western 2 weeks prior and well worth it) Texas INN is nothing more than a low class Motel 6. I will never stay there again. I am going to tell everyone I can about my horrible experience there.... More

For starters I reserved a king bed, got two doubles. Reserved quote for $66 per night, charged $80 per night. NO MAID SERVICE. Description said renovated, Do Not Believe Them! Exterior doors are unsecured and open to the public. Even upon leaving the clerk would not ask me how was my stay. At least the A/C was cold.

I am so sorry for you problems with our Hotel. The online booking agency booked a Standard room, which is a double with two beds. Our lobby and side doors are secured at midnight, but the door to the hall must stay unlocked at all time per our fire marshal. The online booking agency's do not quote occupancy tax, and... More

We rented a King room and paid full price which came to a total of $90 and some change, we did not have a refrigerator or microwave in our room. When I asked about it at the front desk I was told that a one night stay did not guarantee them in the room. However, we paid full price as... More
