Loved the cottages and the jacuzzi tub. great to have a mini fridge and microwave. The privacy of a stand alone cottage was great when traveling with a 16 month old who doesn't always sleep through the night. Definitely recommend.

Wow! What a charming place. We stayed for 3 nights in the Flying Cloud Cottage and it was the best bed and breakfast I have ever been to. The innkeepers, Barbara and Jerry were on top of things! We had beautifully lush linens, robes, and bath towels. Fresh red roses when we arrived in our room was a nice surprise.... More

We had an amazing, relaxing stay at The Clipper House in Kemah. The food was good, and the service was wonderful. We have honestly never been more relaxed. The 2 person spa shower in the Romance by the Sea cottage was great! I highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast. Check in early so you can get a golf cart to... More

This is a very nice B&B in Kemah, Tx. We actually got the smallest room, which was still very roomy. We were shown to our room by the owner and instructed how to unlock the door and told that we had use of our own golf cart. It was so nice to have that to run around in and shop... More

I spend several days each weeks on business staying in the "Cutty Shark" cottages after getting burned out from the frequent hotel stays in the area. I cannot say enough about the inn keepers Barbara and Jerry and how they take such pride and joy in maintaining a wonderful litttle jewel. I encourage anyone on vacation or business to give... More

May 9 & 10, 2008 We had a most enjoyable weekend getaway at The Clipper House Inn, It was our anniversary and we wanted to do something different. It was our first experience at a bed-and-breakfast, and it was all we could have wished. The cottages are beautifully decorated, cozy, and private. A golf cart was provided to negate the... More

A friend and I planned to visit Galveston over a weekend trip to Houston, and she recommended staying in Kemah rather than on the Island. After a simple search to see what was available, The Clipper House B&B stood out from the others. It offered the quality of a true B&B at what I considered to be a very reasonable... More

Shopping on line for overnight lodging in Kemah led us right away to the Clipper House Inn and we don't regret the decision. We called directly to book and could tell right away that the owners are one in a million. B&B's in Scotland and Hawaii are the extent of our experience and Clipper House Inn surpassed both. The cottages... More

We needed a place to stay in Kemah, TX, so we went online looking for a Bed and Breakfast. The one that stood out was the Clipper House Inn. We reserved the Cutty Sark cottage. Upon arrival we were greeted by the Innkeeper, Barbara, and her husband, Jerry. They were friendly and gracious and did their best to make sure... More

The hospitality of the Clipper House Inn was incredible. The owners advised us of some great local eateries and other things that were "off the beaten path." Our room was very clean and roomy and had all the amenities we needed. The use of a golf cart for driving around the boardwalk was an added plus. It was nice to... More
