Spent 2 nights at the Seaside Inn several months ago. It was very peaceful, comfortable and close to the Kemah Boardwalk. Close enough to Galveston for a drive to the coast. The view is spectacular and I would certainly consider staying again.

First B&B I have tried. Room was nice bed was comfortable. Didn't realize the Balcony for the room # 1 I rented wasn't private they could be a little more explicit on the web site. Breakfast was as advertised not much. Overall it was a nice getaway for a night or two.

The room and bath facility is beautiful and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. We loved spending the morning watching the sunrise rise over the water as we drank our coffee. Very close to the boardwalk where there are many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here whether you are here for an extended stay or just the weekend.

Short walking distance to Kemah Boardwalk and 20mins from Houston Space Centre. We stayed on the top floor and had a fabulous sunrise over Galveston Bay. Perfect for a short stay. Rooms are very clean and the main lounge is furnished to a nautical theme. There is a private pier for romantic strolls.

This is such a relaxing and beautiful little place. It has its own fishing pier, walking distance from the Kemah Boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Such a great place to getaway. Galveston is only about 45 minutes away if your wanting some sandy beach time. I have such a great time every time I go.

Just what the doctor order! My wife & I visited the Kemah area midweek while on vacation in late August. Seaside Inn's close proximity to local sites and restaurants is what drew us to book a room. No management is on site but Check-in was a breeze before 4pm and they offer after hour checkin as well, which is pretty... More

Good location. Good view - right on the water. We seldom stay at B&B's so I can't compare this to others. What I can say is that the Seaside Inn is dirty. Stains on the bedspread and curtains. Dirt in every crevice. Saw a cockroach head across the kitchen wall. Paint is peeling in many places. Terrible for the price... More

First, that picture showing a Motel 6-like bedroom is NOT the Seaside Inn. It should be taken down. I'll give what I think is a fair review of the place starting with: We showed up early and were allowed to check in since the room hadn't been used the night before. Check in was quick and painless. The room (number... More

Well the good news is the view and the great room. Both are first class and worth the money. The rooms are dated and in need of some upgrades. For example there was no WIFI ti be found. The light bulbs were 40 watts or less. The shower stall had no light . Very dark and annoying.

Overall, this is a nice place (mainly because it's on the water) but definitely not the nicest. My wife and I stayed in Room 6 and enjoyed the close proximity to the Kemah boardwalk attractions. For all the Longhorns fans out there, the sports bar across the street (Zone 504) gave us a great deal on pizza/drinks. Plus, they turned... More
