Stayed here last year for a horse show. I'll be staying elsewhere from now on. The bathroom was not clean (the tub was dirty) and the sheets were old, rough and pilling, which was very uncomfortable to sleep on! Also, the AC had a strange smell.

Room was dirty. There was no furniture for sitting. Only a bed, TV and a coffee table. Not advised that the hotel was under renovation until after I had checked in and discovered there was not furniture other than the bed, TV and the small coffee table. There was a bad odor in the room and I later found several... More

Going to keep this short: * Great value * Good location between Katy Mills and tons of retail on Mason Rd, right on the freeway * Friendly staff * Free continental breakfast * Free wifi * HUGE rooms with tile floors and comfortable beds BUT: * The shower water pressure was horribly low. Seriously, it was like a third of... More

Facility is being renovated and going from a decent motel to a terrible motel. No mention on web site about the major renovation. If you like a desk and chair in your room, don't stay here. Paint scheme in rooms reminds one of a prison and flooring is a black vinyl imitation of wood.

Service was awful. Undergoing renovations so no breakfast and nothing offered in exchange. Hotel staff was borderline unlawful. Had to go get staff off smoke break to even check-in. The rooms were incomplete and noisy due to renovations. No discount or exchange of hotels was even offered.

Under renovations when we stayed. Even without the renovations this hotel is not up to the LaQuinta standard. Elevator was dirty all three days we were there. Staff was friendly, but that doesn't clean a hotel. Our room looked like they had started remodel, but hadn't quite finished. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed here in early March and was notified by a sign that the property is currently being renovated. This was clearly evident by the amounts of tile, carpet, and other construction materials on the property and the lack of any kind of table in my room. The room was void of carpet so it had a cheap wood floor... More

The hotel does not have good rooms for a business traveler. The price charged is high for the quality of the guest room. I was not happy with the hotel, overall. Some renovation is in progress and there were wires everywhere. Breakfast is the only thing that was good. Other that that, this is not the right hotel for a... More

They are remodeling and the workmanship makes you wonder why they bother. Hardwood floors make you hear every step taken in room above. No desk in double bed rooms-but a big space for one? They told me that dont have desks in double bed rooms. Skip the breakfast-as with most hotels.
