Our stay in this hotel met all of our requirements and we plan on staying there many times in the future as our children live in that area. We have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful for me that is very good as I have an handicap husband and they always step forward to help me.

Travelling with my church group two weeks ago, we stayed here to save the church some money and I was highly unimpressed. The employees were nice but slow and inattentive, the breakfast choices were lousy......the same employee put out the breakfast while manning the front desk. This is the worst LaQuinta we have stayed in. 1.) Inattentive staff: Took over fifteen minutes to check in with no line in front. why? Employee staying in adjacent room kept slamming door at all hours after midnight; Could not rest from constant noise. After reporting matter to desk clerk, had manager who was basically non-responsive to the issues I presented. Also, the previous night, the police called due to excessive noise from teenagers allowed to run through the halls making noise.

We have stayed many times in La Quinta Inns, because the rooms are always so clean. This LQ was also very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. For the price, LQ cannot be beat, we feel.

The room was nice, the bathroom floor was sticky. Had no shampoo in room, and had to wait at the front desk for ten minutes to even be seen by the staff. The Wifi was non existent. When you finally got a hold of the staff, they acted like it was a pain to do the job! I would stay... More

it was a wonderful stay. Had driven 9 hours and was ready for a good sleep. Room was great. Personnel were great. Breakfast was wonderful. Could not ask for more. We were on vacation and had our two little dogs with us and they loved it too.

Normally love staying at LaQuinta. Never had a bad experience until this stay. Customer service was poor. When we walked in we were greeted but had to wait while they made a few phone calls that could have waited till after we checked in. I had put special preferences on the room when I reserved online and that was pointless.... More

I had a good experience and front desk clerk Alexis Thompson was very understanding when it came to the bill and me getting not charged the right rate and then she was very helpful when it came to my credit card getting charged more than once and she got it corrected for me.
