We had never been to Jasper before we just needed a place to get a good nights sleep. The rooms were cleans an the beds were remarkably comfortable. The Charming family that ran the place took very good care of us. I would recommend it to those that don't need a lot of extra amenities.

I read the reviews and was a little concerned... But on arrival I was surprised at how nice the room was... This is Not the Hilton, but for a fishing trip with the guys, it was very nice... The room had been redone completely and service was always with a smile... This is a great room for price...

It was a nice enough room. But it was not very well stocked and the people were not very polite. However, the bed was great. Would probably not stay here again because of the unfriendliness of the clerk.

The breakfast consisted of a couple of individually packaged "honey buns." No cereal. No milk. No fruit. No yogurt. No muffins. Nothing. There is no breakfast. They should remove that from their description. They did provide a cup of milk for my son when requested. Our bed linens were stained with blood. We had 2 rooms. None of the linens... More

The owners were rude, the room service was even worse. I had to go get fresh towels everyday after work and was greeted with bad attitudes and dirty looks. Save yourself the trouble and spend a few extra bucks for a better stay somewhere else. Oh, at least the beds were decent.

We recently stayed here while working in Jasper. We chose to stay here because we were able to bring our little dog. It looks rough on the outside, and I was a little nervous about staying when we first arrived. But, we were pleasantly surprised. The bed was wonderful, the ac worked great and all in all we were very... More

We have done a lot of traveling around the country, and have found that in many small towns the America's Best Value Inns are the only ones that allow dogs. We have learned not to expect too much from these places, but this was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and clean, and had lots of places to... More

Our shower had not been cleaned and we had to do so before we would use it. Carpets are so dirty and need help. Staff very helpful but do not speak English very well and do not understand you when telling them your needs. NO breakfast which was advertised. Rated by company with 2 stars we found out later and... More
