We've never been so disappointed with a hotel. The hotel had a unclean odor and the rooms/bedding felt unclean as well. Upon submitting my earlier comments about problems with check-in, not matching internet rates, cancellation policy, etc., I discovered that for some reason these comments get reported for both of the Ramada locations in Irving.
