Stayed at the hotel on either end of a trip out of country. Found the rooms to be clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location just what we needed. We were allowed to leave our car on premises while gone-- much better than paying a parking fee at the airport. And the shuttle service was easy and convenient. more

They hadn't co-ordinated with the airport recorded telephone message system for shuttles, making it very difficult to contact the hotel. I would have cancelled on arrival but the fiasco with the bus made me too late, by 40minutes!! They would accept no responsibility and the manager wouldn't talk to me. The place was clean and had a nice pool. The rooms and the hotel had an odd smell. But it was very clean.
