Really enjoyed my stay at the Jefferson Street B&B. The room was cozy, and very pretty (I stayed in the French room). There is a nice butler's pantry that is available 24/7 that has some snacks, drinks and condiments for guests. Thanks again!

We were booked for the Frontier suite, but got upgraded to the larger Hill Country suite before our arrival, at no additional cost, which was very nice. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The king size bed was very cozy. We appreciated the AC/heating unit being efficient and very quiet. The breakfast is very basic, but we appreciated the... More

Where do I start? We stayed in what was called the Mexican Room. It was very spacious with two memory foam beds, dining table and chairs in addition to two comfy chairs to sit back in to relax. I especially like the nice touches for esthetics like the collection of puppets, ceramic birds etc.. But what really impressed us was... More

First, let me say that I have multiple, chronic sleeping issues. So when I say I had a great nights sleep, I don't say it lightly. We rented 2 rooms: French and Hill Country. Both were perfect. The French room, the smaller of the two, was charming, comfortable and quiet. The bed was delightful and the bathroom was immaculate. Hill... More

I stayed over a week in June 2015 in the Bluebonnet room. The bed was excellent, the room was very quiet, and the Internet service was flawless and fast. The lady who ran the place was affable, courteous, very responsive to my requests, and offered helpful advice about the area. I plan to stay here whenever I return to Irving,... More

Lovely accommodations at a reasonable price! Lovely decor, nice honeymoon style suite with nice jacuzzi and tv. Free sodas, water, etc available with private access. We could not have enjoyed the accommodations for our 39th wedding anniversary any more! Excellent!

We always stay here when we travel as the rooms are very nice, the beds comfortable and the baths large with great showers. The hosts are on the premises but not intrusive. Each room has a different décor and we have enjoyed almost all of them.

I wasn't sure what to expect here, as I'd seen mixed - though mostly very positive - reviews online. It turned out to be a perfect choice for my stay! If you are looking for a quaint, artsy, or historic B&B with freshly homemade scones, or if you prefer a big chain hotel with huge, sparsely decorated rooms and color-coordinated... More

I've stayed here on two different business occasions and I was very pleased on both visits. As soon as I walked into the room I knew I had found a special place! Each room has its own theme and is beautifully decorated accordingly. Whether you get the Cowboy or Frontier suite (I've stayed in both), the western decor made me... More

I booked the cottage for one night and was sent a confirmation number and an amount. On that same day, the b&b increased the rate without telling me of the difference and charged my card. She did not share the increase until I called her about another person staying with us. Instead of a firm price, I was told in... More

Thank goodness. She knows we did not increase the rate. She was charged the one-night-surcharge as stated on her confirmation that applies to the cottage. This information was given to her BEFORE she booked. And discussed with her more than once. The cottage is such a bargain. We charged her $185 plus tax for three adults and she gives us... More
