We just arrived at the DFW airport late in the evening,and we were waiting for our normal hotel to pick us up at the airport.We waited for over an hour for them to pick us up,so I decided to call this hotel and see if they had any rooms available.They did ,and we soon drove over to their establishment.We checked... more

We had missed our connection which was the last flight that day. The airline kindly put us up for the night at this location. We were not impressed. When we arrived at the location, we had to buzz for an employee and waited a couple of minutes for her to arrive. There were several different people who missed their other... more
