I stayed only two days on business, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was great, clean and very comfortable...and the fresh baked cookies at 5pm daily were delicious. We conducted a two day training course there using the business conference room...it was adequate. Restaurants within walking distance too.

Room was clean and breakfast dining area is spacious. I was disappointed to find no bottled water or snack that normally comes along with my reservations as a Hilton Honors Member. The bath did not drain properly. I left a housekeeping request, but only stayed for one night so not sure if it was fixed.

Recently we spent three nights at this facility. We had a comfortable stay primarily because of the very friendly staff. You'll notice the prices here are very competitive and I just needed a quick place near DFW for one night so I thought I'd try it. Not such a good idea. I have stayed at Hampton Inns in the past but this place was amazing. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. the room and the washroom was exceptionally clean. Keep up the good work.

Welcoming staff makes up for an older Hampton. Clean rooms, comfy beds...good value. Good location if you have business in Irving TX.

Regarding the check in...Three friendly employees and two below average. Other than that very good stay.
