Really liked the hotel itself. Smart, interesting rooms and a great bar and outdoor seating area. I wish it hadn't been cold out as the pool area was really great. Unfortunately, I was put in a room that backed up to the guest elevator. I noticed this noise within 20 seconds of being in my room in which I called... More

cool rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Location for me was also perfect (for specific reasons). Jogging routes easy to find. Is really different than other hotels and worth a visit More

Hubby and I stay here if we have to fly out early from DFW International Airport. It's typically been much cheaper in the past---I think around $129/night, now, closer to $179/night. Not sure why...didn't notice much difference from last time. We considered this an Aloft-style hotel - clean, nice, bar, food, pool, not horribly expensive but a little trendy and... More

I spent one night at this hotel & from the moment I walked in it was top notch servive. The receptionist welcomed us after a long trip, accommodated all our needs immediately. Hotel room was clean, & a breath of fresh air. Best bed ever!! In the morning we had the breakfast buffet which was very good but my favorite part... More

So ok this hotel is a tad unique with its uber trendy style, but that is its point. Such a cool and contemporary vibe in this hotel and the staff are fantastic, they could not be more helpful. The bar staff were ace and I would recommend the spicey chilli wings. More

I first stayed at the NYLO when it first opened a few years ago (2009) and was less than impressed. I travel to this area 4-6 times a year and usually stay at other hotels but was 'forced' to stay here again due to some meetings that were held at the hotel. While many of the service issues I experienced... More

The room was fabulous. The front desk girl recommended a great restaurant "the keg" where we were taken care of. Just a great overall experience. More

We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after one because we were less than impressed. Had a huge issue at checkin regarding our reservation. We reserved a suite but opted for an upgrade to the Skyline suite for $48 more a night if it was available at checkin. This was an option when the reservation was made... More

We stayed at NYLO Las Colinas for our wedding night on Christmas Eve. We were surprised to find we were upgraded to their beautiful suite with champagne on the way up to the room! I realize this was a special exception, but it made us feel very special on our wedding day. We utilized the shuttle service to get us... More

This was, hands-down, the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in. The rooms are very unique. Concrete floors, walls, ceiling, with throw rugs instead of carpeting. Definitely different and not warm/inviting. The lobby area/first floor is very DARK and gloomy. I didn't care for that too much. More
