We stayed here for two nights in early May, and I'm so glad we did. The rooms were huge by comparison with other hotels I've stayed in near DFW International Airport. We flew in from Mexico after bringing forward our day of travel by a week, and the hotel had no problem with changing our reservation. We loved the walk-in... More

I only stayed over night and left early so can't comment on the complementary breakfast. The fist issue I had was the address on the Starwood reservation. The address cannot be found on GPS so trying to find the hotel is difficult. When I called they gave me a totally different address just to find the place. The room is... More

My sons were leaving on a flight on Monday so we booked them a room for Sunday night. We were greeted very warmly by the front desk. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, smelled good and had everything they would need. The hotels shuttle took them to DFW the next morning. Both sons said the breakfast... More

The Element is a "green" hotel, I've stayed at this before, and usually this means "inconvenient for the customer". The Element sets a very high standard for any hotel, and one forgets it is "green". Stayed on a Sunday night, they do not offer drinks for happy hour, but did not care, its the best hotel experience I have had,... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights 3 days for business. The overall appearance of the hotel is decent and somewhat contemporary. Upon checking into the hotel, there were two gentlemen working the front desk and appeared to be very swapped with multiple phone calls coming in and also checking people in. However, they were very professional while doing... More

The ONLY thing this hotel needs is a hot tub! The exercise room is so awesome! The pool was great. The breakfasts were yahoo, yippee outstanding! Unquestionably, by far the best included breakfast I've ever experienced. Keep that chef!!! They have food and drinks for happy hour. Yowza! They have a kitchenette and fridge, if needed. There are restaurants right... More

A very comfortable stay in a very convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful! Immediate change of room when we were given room that had not been cleaned! Big rooms with huge window, kitchen, desk, sofa, large bathroom and great shower head!! No complaints about the room. The breakfast is included in the rate and offered one of the best... More

I wasn’t familiar with the “Element” brand of SPG—better known for its Westin, Sheraton, et cetera brands. I’m a Marriott aficionado (1.6M points, Platinum for Life) but am looking at the SPG Brand as an alternative because of changes that Marriott has made (no credit for stays using the travel industry rate, which I use a lot, being in the... The best thing about this stay was they let me check in very early. They market as a "green" hotel, which I guess they are. Décor of lobby and rooms are simple, clean lines with an arte deco feel. Rooms are avg. size, comfortable. Staff was very friendly, lots of smiles. Close to DFW, shopping, and freeways. I'd stay again.

I booked a reservation at the Element DFW North hotel a month in advance and was looking forward to my family's stay there, prior to an early departure at DFW the next morning. Although I had reserved, and fully paid for in-advance, a suite with two queen-size beds, I was informed by the desk clerk upon my arrival that they... More
