This hotel is run very well from front Desk to XYZ bar to housekeeping. It was a pleasure to stay. Check in was so fast and the complimentary shuttle in local area was a big plus.

The hotel was clean, friendly and energetic staff and has a modern look and feel to it.

The management was not helpful and in cahoots with the taxi service we found a taxi service s ame company 40 bucks he called and said he talked to them and it was 60 dollars. This hotel provides a great experience for the typical business traveler. In fact, it's probably a great stop for anyone staying in the Irving area. I would highly recommend it. Not to mention the cleanliness of the facilities and helpful staff.
