We were a group of high school girlfriends travelling from Missouri. We were visiting a friend in Texas. She had made the reservations but somehow the date the motel received was not the date we arrived. They were very full but did manage to find us two rooms. Due to the cancellation policy, my friend was charged for two nights... More

This was a rough stay. Although we gave it the benefit of the doubt... this place was terrible. Apparently a portion of the hotel is under reno, but that wasnt reported on the search engine. Trip advisor lists bfast included, its not. The suite is not very 'sweet'. Mold in the pool bathroom. Random wires hanging from trees outside. This... More

Friendly desk folks. Clean. Reasonable rates and accommodating in a pinch. Room was clean, quiet. Could improve food quality, the selection was ok but the quality was poor (eggs seemed like egg substitute, pastries were bland and seemed like stale store-bought, coffee not very good).

I was pleasantly surprised with the remodeled Hotel. I was worried what we would walk into with the negative reviews on the hotel. However, like some of the more recent reviews have stated the hotel looks good with the recent updates. The staff was friendly, the lobby looked clean and up to date, and the rooms looked good too. The... More

Hotel Las Colinas was a very nice hotel. Location is easy to find, right off the highway. We arrived a bit late, around 12am and were greeted by two very nice staff members. They made they checkin process incredibly simple for me given the fact I had set it up online and reserved multiple rooms. The accommodations were nice. For... More

I checked in Saturday 1/24 for an overnight stay. Check in was smooth. Needed to print out my boarding pass in the business center that was smooth. The room was clean up to date and spacious. Stayed in room 122.

Check in was smooth. The rooms are very spacious though mine could have had a mini face lift. The carpet was a bit worn and the shower needed to be redone. Bathroom faucet leaked. None of it affected our stay as it was only one night. This hotel uses high quality bed linens! Super sheets. That may not be the... More

Wow. I've rarely stayed at a hotel as bad as this hotel. The front desk staff is very nice, but that's where the good ends. They have one elevator in the west side of the complex, my room was on the complete opposite side of the hotel. I was told I could use the stairs to get to my room... More

This hotel seems to be going through updates, painting, carpet, etc. It was below what we expected staying in Las Colinas. The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was ok. Our room was next to a family with small kids so the kids were running around being kids in the hall so it was a bit noisy. The bed was... More
