We went to this hotel after a 17 hour drive. We told them we wanted a 2 queen bed suite for the four of us and a pet. They said no problem. What they gave us was a 2 double bed suite. Apparently after booking with them, we find out they don't have a 2 queen bed suite. 169 dollars,... More

Was in Irving on business and had to stay there, because unfortunately the room was booked for me. The front desk and shuttle staff were extremely courteous and friendly, which would almost make up for the less than desirable accommodations. The hotel is supposedly going thru renovations, but I see that comment made by another guest back in October of... More

I was there last Summer around July for a business trip. There are cockroaches in the room as large as a dollar coin. These cockroaches are on the bed, as well as on the wall and ceiling.I contacted maintenance and they got rid of it, the next day when I cam back, the cockroaches appeared. I moved to another room.... More

Even though it is no longer under the Wyndham banner, Hotel Las Colinas is still a fine place to stay. It's the least expensive of all the mid-tier chains in Irving, only slightly more expensive than the low-tier spots (Motel 6, Super 8, etc). The rooms and beds are plenty comfortable, and the showers pack enough water pressure to sandblast... More

It might be Wyndham before but it is Hotel Las Colinas now. This is under renovation right now, bad paint smell etc and they are still renting those rooms. I stayed here for 2 nights from 10/28-10/30, when I entered the room on 29th, all my stuff were gone and when I went to the front desk, they said sorry... More

went to Dallas on family vacation and had nothing but one issue after another with this hotel. They put us in 2 rooms on a floor under construction that were not what we requested. Rooms musty and had damp. Thiswas only to be made worse by being charged double a month later. The worst experience ever.

Best part of stay was front desk staff- very friendly and kind. The worst part is the renovation- paint smell second floor. Also only one ice machine in whole place. We were on 3rd floor- ice is way down on 1st and hard to find. The manager of hotel was helpful - we were having trouble connecting our laptop to... More

In reading the other posts of travelers that left negative remarks, it doesn't seem like the same hotel that I stayed in, simply because our experience staying at the Las Colinas Wyndham was stellar. We were staying in a wing of the hotel that was not under construction and the rooms were decorated in a clean and modern style. The... More
