“Lovely hotel”

This was an excellent hotel! We had a king non-smoking room and it was huge with a sitting area, very clean, had a microwave/fridge and all the other standards. Hotel is very clean throughout. Has a small fitness room with weight machine, ellyptical, bike, and treadmill - sufficient for when traveling. The breakfast is small but everything is very good... more

I arrived late with three children. The elavator was broken so I had to carry all their luggage up the stairs. The hallway smelled like smoke. I apologize that your recent stay was below your expectations. We pride ourselves on great customer service and excellent accomodations. Our hotel is 100% non-smoking so it is very odd that you smelled smoke in our hallways. Although we are 100% non-smoking, it is possible that someone coming back into the building after smoking may bring the odor back into...

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. In our efforts to go "Green", we had recently installed tankless water heaters at the hotel. Unfortunately one of the units that were installed went bad due to a manufacturer defect and quit working. There was a delay in getting parts to the hotel and we sincerely apologize for your...
