I attended a hotel management meeting at the Wyndham for 3 days and experiences great service the entire stay. The tuna steak sandwich in the restaurant was so good, I ate it twice and the servers were very friendly and attentive to my needs during lunch, dinner, and the exception breakfast buffet the hotel offers. The Front Desk staff and... more

I travel a fair amount on business and I find that customer service is not always the best in the hospitality industry. However, I was pleasantly surprised during my stay at this Wyndham when all the staff from the concierge to management take the time to greet you. They go out of the way to make your stay memorable. I... more

This was our first trip to the DFW area, and chose the hotel based on reviews by other travellers. To say the least, we're glad we did. I have travelled extensively throughout the US, and can say without question, this hotel provides the best value of any hotel I have ever visited. The rooms were large with amentities you wouldn't... more

I have stayed at this hotel many times before when it was a different brand and was completely and pleasantly shocked when I entered the hotel last Wednesday. The renovation is extensive, well done, very modern & appealing. The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable -- I really didn't want to get out of bed to go down for breakfast.... more

My stay at the Wyndham was a very pleasant experience. I ate at the restaurant several times and the food was very good. My room was clean and comfortable. I'm very picky about beds and pillows and both were very nice. The property was very clean and the staff helpful and kind. I wouls stay at this hotel again! more

I recently stayed at the Wyndham DFW airport hotel when I was traveling for business and I must say it was a pleasant experience, espcially considering my circumstances. I arrived at the hotel around 10pm due to flights delays and I was exhausted, and to make matters worse the airline lost my luggage. When I checked in I found my... more

We stayed here when our flight was canceled from DFW. The airport put us up for the night here because it was a mechanical problem. The hotel is under renovation, and at first it was a little freaky. You had to walk through a room to get out to the other building of rooms. The hallway looked like something out... more

From your description, it sounds like you may have stayed with us prior to November’s final renovation completion that did include hallway construction. We certainly apologize for that inconvenience, but we are happy that it is finally complete and it’s beautiful and 100% complete! We also have shared your positive comments about service and cleanliness with the staff – they...

I've stayed at this hotel often for work. This property is a nice hotel overall. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The lobby is very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. But bring earplugs. The walls seemed to be paper thin. On many occasions I can hear the people in the next room talking in a normal conversational voice.... more

First, thank you very much for staying with us so frequently – the entire staff appreciates your business. Your kind words regarding the employees attention to service is very rewarding. Good service in the hotel business depends upon people willing to give their very best at all times, day or night, through long and demanding days. That’s why it’s truly...

If you are accustom to cleanliness don't book here. Our carpets were stained "throughout" the entire room. The walls are thin and the bathrooms very small and dingy. The manager even gave us a price break on our room as it was obvious when I complained he knew exactly what we were talking about. Furthermore, the decorator must have just... more

First, let me say thank you for the feedback – it’s encouraged and certainly allows for adjustments to positive and negative comments. Obviously, we fell short in several areas in this reviewer’s opinion and for that I apologize. Please know that the items pointed out are being reviewed, and where necessary immediate changes implemented. Aesthetically, our lobby, restaurant and bar...

I stayed here on business for one night. The room was clean and updated. It had plugs in all the right places and the bed was quite comfortable. The front desk staff was kind. My only complaint was that I had an adjoining room (a locked door between the two rooms), and I could hear everything the other couple was... more
