It is hard not to be emotional about a really bad hotel. Here are the facts. There were 13 of us using the hotel the rest were across the road at the Westin - the lucky ones. The best thing going for this hotel is the convenient location near the airport…in fact; it is so close to the runway guests can read the serial numbers on the bottom of the airplanes as they take off. The sliding glass door did not close all the way and the room smelled like a gym locker in a high school.... more

Not only is the hotel dirty and outdated but the staff are rude and not helpful. They give the excuse that they are renovating but I don't see how some paint and new furniture will fix the lack of concern with the staff. Definitely not worth the $100+ that we spent. bedding and linens need to be replaced. waited hour for pickup at airport and they never showed up. every other motel, hotel in the area had shuttles several times while we waited for this one. more

The lobby of the hotel is very nice but the rooms are small and ghetto like...the bedspreads were torn up and the sheets were torn....My biggest problem was with the transportation to and from the airport. I booked this hotel thinking it would be fine for one night. It's near the airport and has a free shuttle. The room had an old, flat mattress and bedding with cigarette burns in it even though I had a non-smoking room. The hotel had that musty "old hotel" smell. The walls are paper thin.
