I probably would give this hotel a better rating if it wasn’t for the 2 Texas size roaches walking around like they owned the place. A fellow guest explained to me that I must not be from Texas because they were only medium size roaches and there is just nothing you could do about them. This was an unexpected stay... more

My husband and I were flying into DFW for a quick 8 hour stay in Texas. I was looking for a reasonable priced hotel that would suit the needs of "safe, clean, and affordable." I didn't care about luxury...it wasn't that type of trip. I got a VERY good deal on a travel site, so I was even more hesitant.... more

Nothing remarkable about this place: had no problems with them. Room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast is ok. Shuttle pickup and drop-off from/to DFW was quick and efficient. The only thing worth mentioning is that when I was checking my credit card bill a couple of weeks later, I noticed a $40-something charge from the hotel on it, despite... more

Perfect! Breakfast was hot with eggs and bacon and sausage. Free shuttle service to even the biggest mall in TX and Gaylord Resort for conference. Rooms spacious and clean. Thanks Fatima for going the extra mile at breakfast time! more

I wouldn't even give this hotel a one star. What started out as a cheap hotel stay ended up costing me over $300. I travel pretty often, and I can honestly say that I have never hated a hotel stay until now. I hate this hotel. It was bad from the second I got there. We checked in and got... more

We've stayed at this hotel before over the past few years and it was ok, not great. I am a light sleeper so I always ask for a room away from the road and as far from other guests as possible. Our check in was swift, beds comfortable and clean as far as I could tell. Other reviews mention the... more

To begin with, I booked this hotel thru Hotwire. I originally chose a 2.5 star hotel, but was given one rated as a 2 star on their hotel rating guide! I told them I wasn't trying to cancel, just get the hotel rating I chose. Well they didn't have any other 2.5 available but they had a 3 star for... more

My son and I went on a business trip with my husband thinking that we would have a good time hanging out in the indoor spa and weight room, but they are closed down due to repairs. It doesn't look like they will be operational any time soon. Other than that, they have a nice breakfast, big rooms, and a... more

The room was about the same as you would get at a 1 or 2 star motel for a lot less money. I was really looking forward to laying out by the pool. However, there were no lounge chairs. The pool was small and extremely dirty. It had a ring around the base where the floor meets the sides. The... more

I stayed at this location with a number of aqcuaintances from school for an out-of-town workshop. What should only take about 3-5 minutes, took over an hour, just to check in! When finally given keys to our rooms, we come to find that there are only 3 towels in the bathrooms to be shared amongst the four in each room.... more
