Pretty much your standard business hotel but with a good breakfast and clear rooms. Comfortable and did what it was supposed to do. Location was great and easy to get to and close to good food in surrounding areas

Stayed 3 nights on business. Slightly put-off by faded decor when heading down corridor and into my room. However, everything worked and it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast staff and bar staff very friendly, and breakfasts were good. Value for money if you need to somehwere comfortable to stay in Irving.

This is a typical Courtyard, convenient to the airport but not much else unless you have business in the area. The property is older - don't be fooled by the upgraded lobby (which is really nice). Staff was very friendly. New look of lobby looks great. Liked indoor and outdoor pool idea. Room itself and bathroom needs renovation. great location. Didn't like thwy locked the lobby door at night time. That did give me something to think about personal safety and security. Hotel like this should have doors open for 24 hours.
