The staff is amazing here - they went out of their way multiple times to accommodate my traveling party, and, even though we apologized profusely, we were definitely on the needy side getting situated. I'm a Marriott Silver Elite member, and found the service and property here very pleasant and enjoyable. I only subtracted a star because the property is... More

My room was very comfortable & nicely decorated. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they offer a full hot breakfast. It was a very good value. There are several restaurants walking distance. I always prefer hotels that provide a refrigerators * coffee maker in the room & they do.

It was clean and the staff were helpful, but given it's an airport motel next to a motorway, how many positive things can anyone say? Would I stay here with my wife on holiday? No. Do I wish the corpora expense budget allowed me to stay at the Four Seasons? Yes. But realistically if it were my own small business... More

This hotel was awesome! I went online to Marriott and put in information regarding a trip with students and two other schools traveling with us. The following day I was contacted through email by the group sales manager Mary, she gave us a great rate and we booked 11 rooms. Upon check in and check out Lucy was awesome. We... More

Basic hotel. It's ok for a short visit and the breakfast is nice in the morning. You have to drive to restaurants and bars. Convenient to offices in Las Colinas. You can tell the rooms got a facelift but stains on the ceiling and grime on the pictures show it's age.

You've shared some really nice feedback, thank you! We appreciate you taking the time to highlight some of the features of our hotel. Our complimentary hot breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day! We also enjoy our location here in the heart of Las Colinas - just minutes from countless major corporations. Thank you again and we look... More

So to make a really long story short. I was having a terrible time. I was dropped off by colleagues at the wrong hotel and they drove off to the airport. Then when I was ready to check in at the wrong hotel I discovered I had forgotten my wallet at the earlier conference room. The Fairfield Inn Las Colinas... More

I came to TX and stayed here because of the dirt cheap prices and expected a terrible hotel. But it was located near lots of restaurants, the room had a high ceiling, was very modern, nice, and clean. Obviously if you want a more luxurious 4 or 5 star room five minutes away is Omni or Hyatt Place. The hotel... More

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend using my Marriott points. Hotel was easy to find (although if you blink you'll miss the entrance off John Carpenter), parking was free (yes!). Staff was wonderful. Room was decent, well cleaned for my entire stay. The only issue I had came from other guests, not the hotel itself. My neighbor decided to smoke... More

I've stayed here twice while attending conventions. The hotel is a three-minute drive from the convention center. The rooms are clean and there is a refrigerator (that keeps items not quite cold enough, but better than nothing). The free breakfast is good, but I wished they had iced tea. And it does get a bit repetitious, the same thing over... More
