The outside of this hotel looks down right scary but the room is surprisingly nice. New tv, new beds and quite clean. Their is no breakfast to speak of unless all you want is toast and the shower head was installed by someone under 5 feet tall but in all not bad

My husband and I were happy with our stay. The owner is currently making up grades. The maids do a good job. They bought new pillows. With all the motels to choose from in the same area, the econo lodge was the most affordable. The area was surrounded with resturants and grocery stores. You have access to a washer and dryer. We... More

Ok...69.99 a night for an Econo Lodge...I should have known better! We always stay in Choice hotel chains though and I've actually had pretty good luck with Econo Lodge in the past so I decided to risk it. I regretted it the minute we opened the door. I have a lot to say about it so I'm going to divide... More

Let me offer my apologies for the situation you encountered. This is something that we try to avoid but, obviously, we sometimes fall short of the mark despite all our best efforts in satisfying the needs of every guest. It is clear that we dropped the ball, so to speak, when taking care of your needs. This shows me that... More

We had stayed here several years ago and had a memorably bad experience, so we were hesitant to stay the night, but it was all good. The location was close to everything we needed and the A/C ran constantly (which we love) so we never heard any noise, if there was any. Breakfast is worth skipping. It was a good... More

Stayed at the Econolodge because every other hotel was booked. The lady at the front desk was very unpleasant, nothing in particular just a really bad attitude. The room was clean, but the beds are very hard, and the pillows are flat. You get two pillows per bed, and when I called to see if I could get a couple... More

The location of this property is great, the staff was very courteous and friendly. The property is a bit older but for the age it is nicely kept. I enjoyed the small breakfast in the morning! I would recommend this place to others.

I stayed here on my way from Dallas to Houston. Unfortunately the weather was very bad the next morning with a tornado doing some damage to the town at 8:35 AM. The whole city was blacked out, including the motel. Luckily the motel was not damaged, but it was difficult to see to pack my bags and check out of... More

The only good things about this place are that the bathroom had been mostly updated and it offered a separate bedroom nook and TV for our teenager. But the old musty carpet, old bedspreads and weird blue bedsheets made it disgusting. The building is very old and it needs a total overhaul. The hot water was rusty brown, even after... More

The room we reserved was with a queen bed/nonsmoking. For the price, I expected the worst, but the entire room was neat, tidy and quite spacious. Yes, even the bathroom was spotless. I must agree that the hotel staff are quite welcoming and friendly. This was an unexpected "hidden jewel" on a long journey home.
