The toilet seat had a drop of urine underneath it. Underneath the rim, there were green stains running down. Have stayed at this facility several times waiting to fly out of IAH. Rooms are fine for price but they need to improve their breakfast offerings. Not expecting omelets at this price but need to offer a few more varieties of pastries and fruit. Previous visits found unresponsive and surly staff, but this appears to be improving.
