I saw the other bad reviews and thught, boy are they picky. One one who said this is a rough location was correct. It is located cross from a mall the locals call "Gun-Point" what does that tell you? The road is under construction, so getting in was a mess. Once I walked into a vast lobby area it was... more

My car was broken into while parked 15 yds from front door of hotel. The hotel is in a dangerous area and security does not seem adequate. more

WE have seen several reviews that reference our area as being unsafe. This was true 15 years ago. The area was suffering from a deflation in the gas industry and fell on hard times. However, this is not the case today. Police data shows that this area is no more dangerous than any other area of Houston. Our area is...

I stayed for 5 days at Hilton Houston North (formerly Wyndham Greenspoint), from July 26 to July 31, 2008. I was attending a conference and it was the hosting hotel. I booked my stay through Hilton's website using my credit card, on the note that no charges would be made until the end of my stay. On Thursday July 31,... more

Travelling back to London, UK from Mexico, our flights were delayed and we missed our connection at Houston. Continental put us up in this hotel overnight. As you can imagine, we were tired, fed up and minus our luggage, so we were not expecting much of the hotel, but it was extremely comfortable and made our forced stay into an... more

Ten miles north of downtown, this hotel mainly serves the business community. KBR hosts many of their contractors who are being debriefed before deployment in overseas locations, and the hotel is connected by covered walkways to the neighboring buildings. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. Two bars. Nice looking brunch every day, although I didn't try it. Fairly close... more

Have stayed in this hotel off and on for about 15 years. It was looking a bit worn a couple of years ago, but is now being renovated. This visit I stayed in a recently renovated room and it was top notch, no complaints at all regarding the quality of the room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful... more

I stayed at the Wyndham Greenspoint for a week in March 2008. The service staff at the hotel had a mixture of people some helpful some not as helpful. The hotel has recently been remodeled and the rooms are spacious and very modern. Housekeeping was great! Room service reliable! Loved the Starbucks in the lobby! Yes as previous reviewers have... more

I booked this hotel from Priceline at $45/night. I thought it was a good deal. When I checked in, I went to my room on the third floor. I found a very nice large room with the bed apart from the sitting area with a few couches and chairs and a large TV. There was a mini-fridge in the room... more

I stayed at the Wyndham Greenspoint for four nights this week for a business conference. I was very uneasy after reading the last couple of reviews. Where did you stay? This hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed at, and I travel quite a bit. I reserved the Junior suite and it was a very nice room. The... more

The hotel looks beautiful, but looks are deceiving. We had a convention there June 9-16, 2007. One of our staff couldn't sleep because she felt "something" crawling on her. Her bed was full of fleas! I kid you not! She was on the 11th floor. She called the front desk who sent someone up and turned the mattress over and... more
