We booked 3 rooms here...first they couldn't find us all rooms...then, same night elevator dropped 4 floors..It scared the hell out of me..I will never stay here again...

Very decent hotel with friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. The Executive Lounge is only serving breakfast on week days. As remarked earlier, mobile phone reception in my room was very poor, so was very depending on the Internet connection.

I stayed here for business, it was comfortable once they got the air conditioning in my room working. Seems it is an older system and they have to physically turn the valve for heat or air conditioning which is located in the ceiling in the bathroom. They were quick to respond to my complaint and the room cooled down quickly.... More
