I stayed at the Westin Galleria in Houston during a business trip. I was hesitant at first based on all the reviews. A gracious and generous manager, Danny Ruiz, made sure my concerns would not play any part in this trip. I always stay at the Westin when in Houston, mainly for location. If I compare this to say the Westin Langkawi here in Malaysia, it disappoints. This was my first stay at a Westin, as I have loyalty rewards membership with other same level hotel brands. I had great expectations since I have always perceived the Westin to be high end.
